1. We can assure you that we use the best quality of balloons from research and experience; however, regardless of the quality, balloons are fragile and can be affected by weather changes. For instance, balloons are more likely to pop when placed under direct sunlight or in a very hot environment.

3. Balloons are so beautiful and we wish they would last forever; however, we can only guarantee that helium-filled balloons, latex, and chrome balloons float time is about 30 hours while foil and orbz float time are about 5 days.

1. PEC does not offer exchanges or returns of any kind on any bouquet delivered or installation made.

In the case of an installation, apart from the unforced failure of setup hardware, PEC will not be responsible for the state of the balloons after the installation has been done and delivered in good condition, especially when it has to do with weather-induced deterioration and human interference.

1. To cancel an order, notice should be given at least 72hours prior to the date of installation/delivery and when such happens, 15% will be deducted from the amount paid; amount spent on material procurement/purchases and mobilization.
